Refund policy
At senōri, each piece is crafted with precision and care. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we follow a no-return and no-refund policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged during transit and you report it within 24 hours of delivery with supporting unboxing videos and images.
To be eligible for a return/exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the purchase receipt.
- A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the return.
Beyond 24 hours of delivery, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at craftedbysameeksha@gamil.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Attach clear photos/videos of the damaged product in the email.
- Once verified, we will schedule a reverse pickup and send a replacement.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 2-3 weeks of confirmation, based on your location.
- You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.
