At senōri, each piece is crafted with precision and care. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we follow a no-return and no-refund policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • If the product is damaged during transit and you report it within 24 hours of delivery with supporting unboxing videos and images.

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the purchase receipt.
  • A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the return.

Beyond 24 hours of delivery, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at craftedbysameeksha@gamil.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Attach clear photos/videos of the damaged product in the email.
  3. Once verified, we will schedule a reverse pickup and send a replacement.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 weeks of confirmation, based on your location.
  • You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.
